HaierPad W81: Windows 8 tablet mini, slim (8.5mm) and lightweight Following the launch of the 10" W1048, Haier's first Windows tablet, at Mobile World Congress 2014, IFA 2014 sees the arrival of the new W81, similarly equipped with an INTEL quad-core processor and Windows 8.1 OS. Its 8'' IPS HD screen guarantees clear and detailed images while its white TP and silver metal shell gives the W81 a sleek, modern look. The Windows tablet comes pre-installed with Microsoft Office 365, ideal for use as a mini laptop. An impressive array of connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and micro-HDMI, to get online anywhere and connect with other devices, displays and Bluetooth-compatible accessories. The HaierPad 782 and HaierPad G782 have a depth of just 7.55mm and 8.15mm respectively. They are equipped with Android 4.4, one of the latest Android OS versions. Excellent, detailed images, with deep contrasts and natural colour rendition, are guaranteed thanks to the QXGA display mode at 2048 x 1536 resolution, which performs even better than Full HD. An aluminum finish enhances the model's stylish character and refined look. HaierPad G782 is equipped with an ultra-powerful octa-core processor, to run apps and browse the internet at lightning speeds, whether performing a single operation or using multiple applications simultaneously.
