Wexler joins Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP

Hahn Loeser & Parks is pleased to announce the addition of Kate Wexler as Senior Attorney in the Business Practice Area to the Cleveland office.

Wexler joins the firm from Brouse McDowell, where she spent the last four years in their Corporate and Securities group. Her focus is advising clients in multiple industries on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private and public finance, and securities compliance. Her contract experience includes stock and asset purchase agreements, letters of intent, non-disclosure agreements, commercial contracts, credit and security agreements and commercial leases.

Wexler's depth of experience includes having served as special counsel to a state agency's economic development loan program, assisting as bond counsel to a state agency's bond issuance of nearly $100 million in revenue and refunding bonds and working internal investigation for clients related to a break of an exclusive licensing agreement and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

Wexler earned her J.D. cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, an M.B.A. from St. John's University in New York and a B.A. from Vassar College.

Wolf joins Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP

Hahn Loeser & Parks is pleased to announce the addition of Andrew J. Wolf as an Associate in the Labor & Employment practice ara in the Cleveland office.



Wolf joins the firm from Kastner Westman & Wilkins, where he spent over three years representing and advising employers in Labor and Employment law. This includes defending discrimination claims in state and federal court, representing employers in trade secret litigation, defending claims made before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Ohio Civil Rights Commission, National Labor Relations Board, State Employment Relations Board, Department of Labor, and Industrial Commission, drafting agreements and policies, and conducting training.

Wolf earned his J.D. cum laude from William and Mary Law School and his B.A. summa cum laude from Case Western Reserve University, where he earned Phi Beta Kappa honors. He was the Executive Editor of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal, earned the Legal Skills Scholar Award and won a Book Award for Topics in Disability Law.

Endress joins Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP

Hahn Loeser & Parks is excited to announce the addition of Eugene E. Endress to the Litigation Practice Area in the Chicago office.

Endress joins Hahn Loeser after spending five years working at Katten Muchin Rosenman where he gained experience representing clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, fraud, business torts, trade secret, antitrust, and trademark and patent infringement. Endress displays his leadership potential by having been named a 2016 and 2017 Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star and was a 2016 Chicago Volunteer Legal Services Pro Bono Honoree.

Steven E. Feldman, Partner-In-Charge of Hahn Loeser & Parks' Chicago office and Chair of the firm's Intellectual Property practice, stated, "We're very excited to add Eugene as a member to the firm's Litigation team. Hahn Loeser is looking forward to Eugene's future."

Endress earned a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2011, B.A. in Philosophy and B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois graduating with honors in 2008. He served on the Executive Board for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and received numerous academic awards while in law school. He was an extern for the Irish Centre for Human Rights in Galway and the Circuit Court of Cook County, and spent five months working in the Vanderbilt Appellate Litigation Clinic.
