GTRI Achieves Cisco Master Security Specialization

Global Technology (News - Alert) Resources, Inc. (GTRI), a local consulting solutions integrator, announced today that it has achieved the Cisco (News - Alert) Master Security Specialization. The Master Security Specialization is targeted at an elite group of Cisco partners that have the most in-depth technology information security skills and have demonstrated customer success in designing, deploying and providing services for advanced Cisco security solutions in Data Center, Virtualization, Identity and Networks. GTRI has proven their ability to provided sophisticated, value-added Cisco Security solutions through in-depth sales capabilities, proven technology skills and end-to-end service offerings such as planning and assessment, optimization, and management and operations.

In addition to adding the Cisco Master Security Specialization, GTRI also successfully renewed their Cisco Master Unified Communications (News - Alert) Specialization, Cisco Managed Services Master Channel Partner status and Cisco Gold Certified Partner status. GTRI is now one of 11 Cisco partners in the United States that hold all four Cisco certifications.

In order to continually maintain their Cisco Gold Certified Partner status, GTRI is required to participate in Cisco's customer satisfaction program and exceed a baseline score for customer satisfaction responses each year.
