Groupon Appoints Jeffrey Housenbold as New Director [Professional Services Close - Up](Professional Services Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Groupon announced the appointment of Jeffrey Housenbold, president and CEO of Shutterfly, to the company's Board of Directors. Jeffrey serves on the Board of Directors of Caesars Entertainment Corp., the world's largest casino entertainment company, and Chegg, the online student hub.
