ATLANTA --(Business Wire)-- May 25, 2006 -- ProactiveWatch, (www.proactivewatch.com) a leading managed services platform used by Citrix VARs to provide continuous proactive support to their customers worldwide, today announced that Gotham Technology Group (www.gothamtg.com) has adopted ProactiveWatch as the foundation technology for its new proactive services offerings. Gotham will be branding these services under the name GothamWatch.



Reengineering How VAR Support Is Provided To The VAR's Client Base

Like many Citrix VARs, Gotham Technology Group has an extensive client base to whom they provide support and engineering services on a time and materials, block time, and project basis. For many of Gotham's clients, Gotham is their IT department - the client has little to no internal staff and expertise in the many IT disciplines that it takes to keep a business system up and running.
