As a part of its' 2014-2018 Restructuring Program, the American multinational confectionery was looking to further automate and streamline its current procurement processes and improve how it manages complex global sourcing. The aim of the restructuring program is to reduce the company's operating cost structure in both supply chain and overhead costs. With presence in over 160 countries, the food and beverage conglomerate needed a modern, high-performance, state-of-the-art procurement solution which could be easily deployed, accessed and adopted by their procurement and sourcing team members working in all locations.
