Giusto Named CFO Of Korn/Ferry

October 12, 2007 (FinancialWire) Stephen Giusto has been named
executive vice president and chief financial officer of talent
management firm Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY). Since 1999 Giusto
has served as CFO of Resources Connection, Inc. (NASDAQ: RECN), a
global professional services firm.
Giusto co-founded Resources Connection in 1996 and was appointed CFO in
1999. Prior to Resources Connection, he was a partner in the real
estate practice of Deloitte & Touche.
At Korn/Ferry, Giusto assumes the position previously held by Gary D.
Burnison, who was appointed chief executive officer in July. Giusto
will be based in Korn/Ferry's headquarter offices in Los Angeles, and
will report directly to Burnison.
