Bonampak, the location also serves as a customer support center and administrative office for Cobalt's new GigNet branded fiber-optic broadband network. As a Sales and Marketing office, the site features a customer presentation center for meetings and for demos of GigNet's high-speed broadband services for the hospitality industry, enterprises, and other customers in the region. As the GigNet NOC, the facility features advanced event detection systems and state-of-the-art service level responses to keep the GigNet infrastructure operating at peak performance.
