Gerber Scientific Licenses Print to Cut Patent Technology to Mimaki Engineering - Wide Evening Bid/Ask Gap

Gerber Scientific (GRB) announced Mimaki's new CJV-30 series integrated printer cutter line incorporates licensed technology from Gerber Scientific.

In Q4, Gerber granted a worldwide license to Mimaki Engineering. Financial terms were not disclosed.
