Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories acquires Angel.com

Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc., a provider of customer service and contact center solutions, has acquired Angel.com Incorporated, a provider of cloud-based customer experience (CX) solutions for interactive voice response (IVR) and contact centers, from MicroStrategy, Inc., for approximately $110 million in cash. All the entities are based in the US.
MicroStrategy is a provider of business intelligence, performance management, and dashboard reporting solutions.

Genesys has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Angel.com from MicroStrategy for approximately $110 million in cash.
The transaction is expected to complete in March 2013.
