The Cheltenham-based listening post has set the online challenge which calls on the UK public to protect a fictitious aerospace technology firm threatened by imminent attack from cyber terrorists. Assignment: Astute Explorer is the latest game from the Cyber Security Challenge UK, which runs an inspirational series of national competitions informing participants about cyber security careers. Stephanie Daman, its chief executive, said: "I would encourage anyone with an interest in how IT systems and the information they hold can be protected to give it a go."
