France - Veolia Propreté has selected Vocalcom’s telemarketing and predictive dialing software Hermes Pro

Veolia Propreté, a subsidiary of the Vivendi (News - Alert) group, has implement the telemarketing and predictive dialing software Hermes Pro to enhance their sales force with telemarketing and appointment taking. Veolia Propreté selected Vocalcom's telemarketing and predictive dialing software for the ability to dial automatically, the appointment taking module and telesales. The feature rich Hermes Pro telemarketing and predictive dialing software will provide their sales force with state of the art functionality, real time SMS or email notification for all appointments. With these new tools they will increase their productivity by over 35%.
