FRANCE : Credit Agricole Private Equity announces investment in e-Frontech [TendersInfo (India)]
(TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Credit Agricole Private Equity has invested in e-Frontech, an IT consulting and services company.
The investment comes at the side of French State telecom engineer Edith Letournel who is purchasing the company. The existing management team is also taking part in this transaction, including Pascal Lepicard, the founder of e-Frontech.
Established in 2000, e-Frontech provides a complete range of consulting, functional assistance and integration services for the whole life cycle of their Oracle CRM and BI applications.
"Frontech e-services company is a human scale, with strong technical and functional skills around CRM and BI tools from Oracle, which makes it a key partner of Oracle and its customers in supporting and optimizing their applications.
