Foreground Security Expands Management Team with Director of Federal Capture

Foreground Security today announced the selection of Robert Fisher Jr. as Director of Federal Capture. In this role, Mr. Fisher is responsible for developing the overall strategy, solutions framework as well as value proposition for the company's federal civilian agency customers. In addition, he will ensure that Foreground's leading security services are aligned with customer initiatives and requirements.

As Director of Federal Capture, Mr. Fisher will focus on customer success and advising on security operations and procedures, while mapping Foreground Security's leading services to these needs. In addition, he will track emerging government contract solicitations where the company has proven capabilities and past performance, so that Foreground Security is best positioned to address emerging requirements.

Prior to joining Foreground Security, Mr. Fisher served as president and CEO of Secure Infrastructure Solutions Corporation (SISC), a cyber security company specializing in safeguarding America's national security assets. While working at SISC, Mr. Fisher established an office in Cambridge, Md., as well as two offices in the Washington, D.C. area. Despite the economic downturn, Robert's leadership and vision helped SISC rapidly expand and create new, high-paying technology jobs.

Mr. Fisher has 15 years of experience in information technology and supporting government agencies. After attending George Mason University, he assisted in the growth of several small technology businesses and began consulting for the U.S. Government as well as the private sector. InterCom/ICNet, one of Robert's fist companies, helped wire Internet access on the Eastern Shore.
