(4) Midwinter GBP40-GBP150+ This avant-garde range was illustrated by a young Terence Conran and architect Sir Hugh Casson. A breakfast set sold for GBP2 (GBP37 now). Find on eBay and at auction houses and dealers. (5) Meakin GBP5-GBP80 Mass-produced tableware sold in High Street shops for about a shilling. Range was decorated with cheerful 1950s-style scenes.
