The Female Health Company Supports UNAIDS' Call for Increased Investments in Condoms

The Female Health Company (FHC) could not agree more with the urgent message issued today by UNAIDS calling for increased investments by donors and governments for the promotion and distribution of male and female condoms in order to ensure everyone has access to condoms to protect themselves and their partners from sexually transmitted infections, including HIV/AIDS, and unintended pregnancies.

For more than 20 years, FHC has been at th forefront of improving the health and well-being of women around the world. The company's FC2 Female Condom is a low-cost, highly-effective option to help prevent sexually transmitted infections such as HIV/AIDS, and unintended pregnancies around the world. And, it is the only option under the women's control and approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), as well as other international health agencies, including the World Health Organization (WHO).
