(PINKSHEETS: ILVC), a leading automation and technology solutions provider utilizing green building practices, announced earlier today the Company has been cleared to file Form 211 for re-listing on the Over The Counter Bulletin Board Exchange ("OTCBB"). The Company has, over the past 12 months, maintained all of the necessary filings required for fully reporting status with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") including audited consolidated financial statements. With the completion of the audit and filings, Intelligent Living became eligible under SEC Rule 15c211 to resume quotations on the OTCBB.
