Fancy Hands Launches On Demand Ops for Enterprises That Need Machine Automation and Skilled US Workers

Fancy Hands, the largest personal assistant service in the US, announced today the launch of its new enterprise division, On Demand Ops (ODO), with solutions for inside sales, supply management, database services, and recruiting.

ODO leverages Fancy Hands' six years of experience and infrastructure to rapidly deploy custom solutions at scale. With a network of thousands of US workers and its proprietary task management system, ODO does the gritty operational work that many companies don't like to do, don't know how to do, or have trouble managing.

"What's special about ODO is that our technology isn't simply trying to replace humans," said Josh Boltuch, CEO of parent company Fancy Hands, Inc. "We're automating what machines do best, and enabling and empowering people to do what they do best."

ODO is working with pre-launch partners ranging from early stage startups to enterprises with revenue of $100M-$200M Since January, ODO has made tens of thousands of prospecting and sourcing phone calls for clients, and begun recruiting for over 350 full-time positions.

ODO uses a pay-per-performance model, where clients pay for the number of qualified leads they receive, or new employees hired. There are no required integrations or engineering resources needed, further reducing the risk for the client.

From call scripts to call timing to individual worker performance, ODO's technology provides granularity and analytics to optimize in real time. On average, ODO is seeing a 15-20% increase in conversion rates in the first month of a client engagement.

"Just like machines, our people get smarter and more effective with more data," said Kelley Pembroke, Enterprise Manager for ODO. "Often it's the work that our people are doing, not the machines, that can have the biggest impact on getting results for the client."
