Family Law Attorney Kevin Fuller Tells Company Money Pros About Collaborative Law to Heal Disputes

Divorce attorney Kevin Fuller introduced company treasurers and chief financial officers to an exciting new process for settling disputes in a recent speech at the Intercontinental Hotel in Addison.

Addressing the annual TEXPO conference for financial professionals, Kevin Fuller and civil trial attorney Anne Shuttee talked about collaborative law as the future of dispute resolution in Texas. Fuller is a board certified family lawyer and one of Texas' most experienced lawyers in the process of collaborative law.

The Dallas divorce and family lawyer is past president of the Collaborative Law Institute of Texas and the Collaborative Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. He was selected this year as te area's top family lawyer and collaborative law practitioner by Best Lawyers, the legal profession's oldest and most prestigious peer-recognition group.

Collaborative law is a relatively new process that brings disputing parties and their attorneys together outside the courtroom for sessions to help them with dispute resolution. CL is well established in family law in Texas, and parties are increasingly turning to this method to iron out difficulties in other civil cases.

The Dallas divorce attorney said that if CL can be effective with warring parties in a divorce, it can work with a myriad of disputes.
