Experts Gather in Oman for Global Forum on Internet Security(Al Bawaba)Muscat will play host to one of the regions most substantial gatherings of international technology security experts this week, as companies in the region look to enhance overall strategies through a range of technical, organizational and regional measures. The meeting will bring together experts from a range of fields, including academics, senior business people and security law experts to discuss the sharp rise in virus and hacker activity experienced in 2005 and possible ways to combat the impact in the coming year.
