EXOS Completes Acquisition of MediFit

EXOS, the leader in proactive health and performance solutions, today announced it has completed the acquisition of MediFit, one of the nation's leading providers of fitness and wellness center management and design services. With over a half-million people served across hundreds of MediFit sites, including Fortune 500 corporations, the acquisition accelerates EXOS' strategy of designing and delivering performance game plans that guide people to achieve higher levels of success.
