Evolve IP Forges Strategic Alliance with SemperonDec 21, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Evolve IP has completed a transaction with Semperon, a managed services company based in Exton, Penn., under which Evolve IP acquires Semperon's Broadsoft Unified Communications customer base, and Semperon becomes an Evolve IP partner reselling the company's cloud services. According to a release, Evolve IP is an Inc. 500 company, and provides organizations with a unified option for cloud services. Today, tens of thousands of customers across the globe depend daily on Evolve IP for cloud services such as virtual servers, virtual desktops, disaster recovery, unified communications, contact centers, and more.
