Ericsson and Sony to demonstrate IP Multimedia Subsystem(Nordic Business Report Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge)Swedish telecomms solutions provider Ericsson said on Monday (5 June) that it would demonstrate, jointly with Sony, the benefits of combining IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS)-based personalised TV and Sony's home network based on Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) standards. The combination of technologies based on IMS and DLNA standards will reportedly enable end-users to access their digital media anywhere, any time.
