Equisys plc: Equisys brings electronic invoicing for NAV up-to-date with the latest version of Zetadocs for NAV

(M2 PressWIRE Via Acquire Media NewsEdge)
RDATE:22082008

London, UK -- Equisys plc, one of the leading developers of software
solutions for document production and delivery, and a Microsoft Gold
Certified Partner, today announced the launch of Zetadocs for NAV 1.2,
the latest version of Zetadocs(r) for Microsoft Dynamics(tm) NAV.

By adding electronic document delivery and storage to Microsoft
Dynamics NAV, Zetadocs for NAV allows businesses to limit their
reliance on paper in their finance processes, helping them to improve
credit control, enhance customer service and comply with industry
regulations on data storage and access.

For many companies, the production of financial documents is both labor
and paper intensive. Delivering documents electronically with Zetadocs
for NAV provides a strong return on investment, reducing the amount of
time spent producing the documents, cutting down on the amount of paper
used, and eliminating postage costs.

Chris Oswald, CEO of Equisys, explains that, "The release of Zetadocs
for NAV 1.2 is the next step in our vision to provide the complete
document management and delivery solution for Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Our software delivers 'print quality' PDFs instantly, which is
something most other delivery products cannot achieve. This gets
invoices to customers faster and assists prompt payment, whilst
virtually eliminating document production and delivery costs."

One of the unique strengths of Zetadocs for NAV is its integration with
Microsoft SharePoint(r) Server and Windows SharePoint Services. This
enables companies to automatically store and retrieve any financial
documents associated with a particular customer or supplier.

Chris Oswald continues, "We can generate additional benefits for
companies from our unique integration with Microsoft SharePoint Server.
This provides any authorized user with quick access to important NAV
information, reduces the possibility of documents being misfiled and
provides a secure alternative to expensive physical storage.

"The latest version supports purchase invoice processing in addition to
the sales order processing already available. This makes it simple to
store copies of both inbound sales orders and purchase invoices
electronically, whether they are received on paper, by fax or by email,
eliminating the chance of them being lost or misfiled. Zetadocs for NAV
1.2 includes further improvements to the integration with SharePoint
that make it even easier for end users to find and view these
documents."

About Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics NAV

Zetadocs for NAV was launched in October 2007 to enhance Microsoft
Dynamics NAV by enabling users to eliminate paper entirely from their
finance processes and switch to electronic document production,
delivery and management - but still achieve the same high standards of
quality, compliance and security.

Zetadocs for NAV captures orders, creates invoices, statements,
remittances and other financial documents on screen and then delivers
them automatically by email, fax or as paper copies dependent upon
customers' requirements. It integrates with Microsoft Office SharePoint
Server to enable secure storage and instant document retrieval by
authorized network users.

It was the first UK based ISV product to be Certified for Microsoft

Dynamics NAV, which provides the assurances that many resellers and
customers require from an add-on solution. Zetadocs for NAV is sold
exclusively through Microsoft Dynamics Certified Partners.
