Eozen wins Indian contract worth 10.3m euros (Eozen vende sus primeros molinos en India por 10,3 millones)

(Expansion Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge) Spanish wind turbine manufacturer Eozen has won its first contract since the launch of its Ferreira plant in Granada. Under the terms of the deal, which is worth 10.3m euros, Eozen will supply India's Regen Powertech with wind turbine components for a wind energy project that will be delivered turnkey to Nuziveedu Seed Limited.

India is the fourth-largest wind energy market, behind Germany, Spain and the US, with capacity of 6,270MW. Regen has a portfolio of projects representing 400MW, for which it could award further supply contracts to Eozen.
