Enterprise Connect Orlando Recognizes Fonolo as Best of Enterprise Connect Award Winner

Apr 02, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Enterprise Connect Orlando, produced by UBM TechWeb, announced that Fonolo was selected as the winner of the 2012 Best of Enterprise Connect award.

According to a release, the Best of Enterprise Connect program recognizes exhibitors who have made significant technological advancements within the enterprise communications industry. Fonolo was selected as the winner because of its contact center solution.

Fonolo, a cloud-based service, adds a new visual interface to the call center that lives on an enterprise website or mobile app, letting customers reach call center agents with one click no navigating phone menus or waiting on hold.
