Engine Power, Inc. Selects ARI's EMPARTweb(TM) and Shopping Cart; Joins Growing Number of Distributors Using ARI's Products and Services

MILWAUKEE --(Business Wire)-- March 21, 2006 -- ARI (OTCBB:ARIS), a leading provider of technology-enabled business solutions that help equipment dealers build sales and profits, announced today that Engine Power, Inc. of Oconomowoc, WI, a distributor of Honda General Purpose Engines, has selected ARI's EMPARTweb(TM) electronic parts catalog and Shopping Cart for use by its internal staff and dealers throughout North America.



Under the agreement, ARI will host EMPARTweb and provide an interface to Engine Power's Dealer Login website to provide on-demand access to Honda Engine parts and service catalogs by Engine Power marketing, customer service and purchasing personnel and their network of dealers throughout North America. In addition, dealers will be able to submit online purchase orders 24x7 using ARI's Shopping Cart. The service was launched last month.
