SAN FRANCISCO, June 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- As demand increases for its leading IRT technology, endpoint announced a series of organizational changes to help the company better serve clients and grow its customer base.

Imagine Your IRT Reinvented!

endpoint has promoted Chuck Harris to general manager. Jonathan Dole, CEO and co-founder of endpoint stated: "We are extremely pleased to announce Chuck's promotion. In this role, Chuck will be responsible for the execution of endpoint's mission to deliver a highly customizable, fully configurable SaaS IRT offering to our global customer base."

Chuck has provided quality and operations leadership in the IRT industry for more than 14 years, having most recently served as endpoint's director of product development. Prior to his promotion, Chuck was responsible for managing the evolution of the PULSE™ platform.

endpoint also announced the promotion of Christine Oliver to the role of vice president of operations.  Tom O'Connell, COO and co-founder of endpoint stated, "We are delighted to move Christine into this role of global oversight of endpoint IRT delivery. We are confident Christine will continue to ensure best in class IRT solutions with a focus on process, quality and operational excellence."

Christine brings a combination of 15 years of experence in IRT and clinical supply management from both the vendor and sponsor perspective. Prior to her promotion, Christine was responsible for managing multiple strategic accounts, including the development of a unique service delivery model that now serves as the gold standard for endpoint operations.

As endpoint continues expansion into Europe, Ehsan Ramezani has been appointed senior director, global business operations.  Ryan Keane, executive director of global business development at endpoint stated: "endpoint has always been committed to providing our clients with local operations staff.  Given Ehsan's IRT experience and success across several sponsors and vendors throughout the course of his career, he will play an integral part in expanding endpoint's operations throughout Europe, as well as contributing to the growth of the PULSE™ platform."

With the appointments above, endpoint's co-founders, Jonathan Dole and Tom O'Connell will shift their focus to the endpoint Board, further building the business through organic development and acquisition opportunities.

"With more than 18 years in IRT, and having led multiple organizations through successful growth and expansion, we feel we are ideally positioned to continue to lead the IRT industry as a disruptive, game-changing company," states Jonathan Dole.

Tom O'Connell adds: "While other companies continue to simplify IRT by limiting functionality that our clients depend on, we are expanding IRT's coverage and providing the industry's best tools at a fraction of the cost and time compared to other providers."
