Eliassen Group Has Been Named To BBJ's 2016 Best Places To Work

WAKEFIELD, Mass., June 24, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Eliassen Group, a national consulting services and staffing firm, has been named to the Boston Business Journal's list of 2016 Best Places to Work in Massachusetts, ranking 19^th in the Midsize Company category. The honor recognizes Eliassen Group's achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of employee satisfaction, working conditions and company culture.

The survey project was launched in February by the BBJ in conjunction with employee-performance research firm Quantum Workplace, and nearly 300 companies qualified for consideration and completed the nomination process.

They were then evaluated on the results of more than 33,000 employee-engagement surveys. Employees answered questionnaires that addressed such factors as their pride in the company, company encouragement, support and recognition of achievement and relationships with co-workers and supervisors. The results were analyzed and scored.

The 2016 Inc. Best Workplaces Awards assessed applicants on a collection of multiple choice, scaled, and open-ended items. Responses were evaluated by the research team at Quantum Workplace. Core components of the scoring include company practices around management, employee recognition, performance communication, benefits, and other elements of the employee experience. To qualify, companies had to be U.S.-based, privately held, and independent--not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies. The minimum revenue required for 2015 is $2 million, in business at least three years, with full-time employee count ranging between 5 and 500.
