This strategic acquisition will deliver significant shareholder value by combining Sun's US market share and growth with ECOP's proprietary LED high bay fixture and wireless light management system that is Demand Response ready. With this acquisition ECOP will gain a growing $10M annual revenue stream from Sun and an OEM distribution channel into a high-growth multi-billion dollar market.
