(Wireless News Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge)
Dovarri, a provider of Customer Relations Management (CRM) and Sales
Force Automation (SFA), announced it has signed a Partnership agreement
with EPC Group to lead Dovarri's Product Development Team.
Errin O'Connor, EPC Group's Founder and CEO, is the nation's foremost
SharePoint expert ("Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 Inside Out," Errin
O'Connor, Microsoft Press 2008). O'Connor, as Chief of Product
Development, will assist Paul Mayer, Dovarri's Lead Architect, to
direct new installations of Dovarri 7.0 Orizon. Built on SharePoint's
foundation, Orizon is Dovarri's CRM- and SFA-focused Software as a
Service (SaaS) business application.
EPC Group consults with companies searching for improved document
management and staff collaboration. EPC Group has a national reputation
for solutions using its highly developed proprietary methods. It
designs, implements and manages SharePoint solutions for organizations
of all sizes. EPC Group has implemented some of the world's largest
SharePoint deployments. Several long-term clients include Microsoft,
Dell, Hewlett-Packard, ExxonMobil, Boeing, Ford, Lockheed Martin, Merck
and UBS.
"We were initially brought on as consultants to polish the final
details on Dovarri 7.0 Orizon. After seeing Orizon in action, we wanted
to be much more involved. We are so excited about it because it's built
on the most powerful platform available, and Dovarri is the first
company to take full advantage of all of its capabilities," said
O'Connor. "We are frequently asked by our clients to recommend a good
CRM, and until now, we haven't had an answer. Now we do -- it's Dovarri
Orizon."
"With the addition of Errin and his team, Dovarri now has the most
expert developers working on our projects. When you have the guys who
wrote the book working with you, you can't get any better than that! It
establishes just how exceptional Orizon is in the SaaS industry," added
Geary Broadnax, Dovarri President and CEO. "Adding the power of
SharePoint to the intuitive design of Orizon makes Dovarri the number
one choice for any size business."
