DocuTech Adds Five Employees to Accommodate Client Growth

The new employees will play crucial roles in database administration and various customer service related areas, including implementation management and quality assurance. Ensuring client satisfaction and seamless implementations while guaranteeing compliance with ever-changing mortgage industry regulations are among the most important responsibilities of the new team members.

Joining the team are:

  • Chris Passmore as a quality assurance analyst with more than a decade of experience in software support;
  • Landon Perrenoud as an implementation manager responsible for ensuring the successful application of DocuTech's services for new clients;
  • Mikael Hatch as an implementation manager;
  • Brett Clyde as a senior database administrator with nearly 16 years of expertise in data analysis and administration; and
  • Becky Prestwich as an administrative specialist responsible for organizing and managing schedules for DocuTech executives.
