According to Deloitte's Shift Index survey, 80% of people are dissatisfied with their jobs. Consumption of antidepressants is rising every year and the vast majority of people taking antidepressants live in the wealthiest countries in the world. It appears that although many who live in the Western World have access to material things, they have not found the recipe for happiness.
