Director added at catering firm [Derby Evening Telegraph (England)](Derby Evening Telegraph (England) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) A CONTRACT catering company founded by a Derbyshire couple has added to its board of directors. Claire Long has joined the board of Wilson Vale as sales director. Her appointment comes just nine months after the firm appointed Alan Beddie as operations director. Wilson Vale was founded by Andrew Wilson and Carolyne Vale, who live at Hartshorne. The company specialises in catering for business, industry and independent schools.
