Digital River Expands E-Commerce Agreement with Eastman Kodak Company
MINNEAPOLIS --(Business Wire)-- Digital River, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRIV), a leading provider of global e-commerce solutions, announced that it expanded its e-commerce agreement with the Eastman Kodak Company, the world's foremost imaging innovator. Digital River recently designed and launched a new online store located at http://scannerstore.kodak.com to support the sales of select Kodak document scanners in the United States. In addition to managing this new site for Kodak's Document Imaging business, Digital River hosts a software e-commerce site for Kodak's Print on Demand Solutions group.

As part of its expanded relationship with Kodak, Digital River is providing online order management and physical product fulfillment for the Kodak scanner store site. The engine automatically determines the optimal third-party warehouse location for physical product delivery based on multiple dynamic factors, such as real-time inventory status, cost of goods and shipping costs. In addition, Digital River is providing Kodak with 24x7 customer service and fraud screening as well as online product promotions for the recently launched site.
