In response to this tragic event, the Company's Executive Team will meet to discuss the plan for succession to ensure the continuity of the Company's technology vision and direction. Ken Levine, President, Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors, commented, "It is with great sadness that we announce today the passing of my close friend and most trusted colleague, Salo Fajer. He and I worked together since 2004, and working at any company without him would have been inconceivable for me. Salo's drive to excellence and can-do spirit was central to the Digital Guardian turn-around and he was a major reason we have seen such incredible growth at the company. His technical vision will live on and, with heavier hearts, we will continue executing on that vision. He was incredibly proud of Digital Guardian and his teammates, and we will all miss him greatly. On behalf of our Board of Directors, executive manageent team and employees, we mourn his loss and extend our deepest sympathies to his beloved wife and two amazing children."
