Digital Domain Media Group Management to Host First-Quarter Investor Conference Call on May 16, 2012

Digital Domain Media Group (NYSE:DDMG) will host a conference call on Wednesday, May 16, to discuss first quarter earnings. The company will issue a press release announcing first quarter results before the market opens on May 16. Management will also discuss:

- continuing developments and strategic opportunities related to the new Virtual Performer business,

- the company's Memorandum of Understanding with Abu Dhabi and its planned announcement event on May 21 at the Cannes Film Festival, and

- the company's receipt of unsolicited, preliminary indications of interest with respect to potential strategic transactions with the company.

In addition, management will give updates on Ender's Game, The Legend of Tembo and the Digital Domain Institute.
