Dialtel Sets Funding Requirement for New Voice Broadcasting Customers

Jan 21, 2013 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- Dialtel has announced they will require new customers to fund their Greendialer accounts with a minimum of $300 to start dialing. There are 3 main reasons that they site for the new requirements. Dialtel CEO Erik Scanlan said in a statement, "This new requirement is going to ensure that serious customers will receive the best support, resources, and opportunity to succeed with their Greendialer Voice Broadcasting account." Support was a big concern because Dialtel has been receiving a steady increase in new customer registrations on their site. They were finding that many hours of support were being extended to new customers who were not required to deposit a single penny in order to receive this support. In many cases those customers never moved forward or they funded their account with as little as a few dollars. This certainly was not a good recipe for success for the customer or Dialtel.

Resources were not being utilized properly to handle the blend of active customers and new customers in Dialtel's network. They were giving the same level of support to active customers, who were spending money, as they were giving to new customers, who could walk away without spending anything. Furthermore, new customers who just funded a few dollars were taking up the same amount of time as customers paying for a high volume of calls.

Opportunity was being stretched thin with new customers who funded little to their account. Dialtel was unable to go through the various methods of lead generation and properly train customers on the best practices of Voice Broadcasting. Customers were not able to receive a fair amount of traffic to properly evaluate whether Voice Broadcasting was a good fit for their company.

Dialtel decided that they had to do something. Setting a $300 funding minimum would accomplish so many positive things for Dialtel and its customers. It would allow Dialtel to extend live training to new customers who wanted to move forward with the company. It would allow new customers to run enough traffic to go through various scripting and campaign options to find a niche that works for them. Finally, it would allow Dialtel to provide solid support to all of its customers. This would increase the overall chances of success for everyone who signs up.

Dialtel has always been committed to providing the best rates and the best network to run its Voice Broadcasting Services. They feel strongly that this new minimum requirement will be best for both their customers and their own business model.
