Dhc Software to Take part in Rugao Smart City Building(Sinocast Computers & Electronics Beat (China) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) SHANGHAI, September 18, SinoCast -- Dhc Software announces that the company and Rugao Municipal government signed an investment framework agreement, which says the company will participate in local smart city plan, construction, operation and services. The company will invest about CNY 200 million in Rugao and set up a wholly-owned subsidiary with a registered capital of not less than CNY 50 million and an independent legal-person qualification in local software and information service outsourcing industrial park. The company will gradually develop Rugao Dhc into a R&D center and a technical service center serving surrounding cities so as to boost local software and service outsourcing development.
