Dhc Digital to Spend CNY1bn in Hainan South China Base(Sinocast Computers & Electronics Beat (China) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) BEIJING, April 23, SinoCast -- Beijing Dhc Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 002065) signed an investment agreement with Hainan Provincial Government to build its south China base at Hainan Ecological Software Park to engage in application software research and development and service outsourcing. The base is aimed to provide 500 jobs, reach annual output value of CNY 1 billion and become an important strategic base in Hainan Province within five years after registered in Hainan. With a total investment of CNY 1 billion, the base is designed to consist of medical cloud center, Internet financial services operation center, smart city integration platform, corporate training center and business exhibition center and engage in service outsourcing, software development, systems integration, technical services and other services.
