deCarta Wins Nucleus Research Technology ROI Award for InvisibleCRM Implementation
SAN MATEO, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- InvisibleCRM, the technology provider of tools engineered to bridge the gap between enterprise and personal productivity applications, announced today that Nucleus Research has selected InvisibleCRM customer deCarta as a 2007 Technology ROI Award winner. deCarta achieved a 5653 percent return on investment, Nucleus Research determined, by implementing InvisibleCRM's SalesDesktop, a MS Outlook integration for Salesforce, which paid for itself in first 0.02 years.
deCarta implemented InvisibleCRM in response to the challenge they experienced getting users to adopt their CRM system instead of staying with their desktop systems. By 'invisibly' synchronizing the MS Outlook and desktop with the web-based CRM, InvisibleCRM effectively bridged that gap. As a result, deCarta dramatically increased user productivity and adoption, improved data quality and raised the visibility of their sales operations.
"It was important that the CRM we chose was tightly integrated with MS Outlook, a workplace our sales reps spend a great deal of time using to organize their productivity efforts," said Christopher Yates, senior business development director, deCarta. "By driving more Salesforce usage, SalesDesktop helped our sales people dramatically increase their efficiency, and also improve data quality and visibility in the Salesforce CRM. Because of InvisibleCRM and the improved performance of our employees, other Salesforce users are able to see how properly-implemented technology can improve their operations and make them a more successful company."
Nucleus Research analysts worked closely with a panel of independent judges to evaluate each organization's technological response to business requirements. Nucleus Research then implemented its proven methodology for measuring the ROI of IT deployments. Based on the results of thousands of ROI assessments worldwide, the methodology verifies the costs and benefits of technology implementations and creates a metric representing deCarta's ROI over a three-year period. "deCarta has shown that it understands the growing demand driving today's CRM market - user adoption," said Rebecca Wettemann, vice president of research, Nucleus Research. "Using InvisibleCRM to bring the Salesforce CRM to user desktops has allowed the company to improve its productivity, drive greater profitability, and leverage its CRM investments."
