Debevoise Named One of 50 Best Law Firms for Women

Working Mother Media and Flex-Time Lawyers have named Debevoise & Plimpton one of the 50 Best Law Firms for Women. The initiative recognizes the achievements of law firms that successfully attract, retain and promote outstanding women of talent. Debevoise is one of only six New York firms listed, and is the only New York firm to have made the 50 Best Law Firms for Women list in each of the five years that it has been compiled.

The 50 winning firms were selected based on their responses to an application, jointly developed by Working Mother Media and Flex-Time Lawyers, measuring areas such as workforce profile, family-friendly benefits and policies, flexibility, leadership, compensation, advancement and retention of women. Flex-Time Lawyers is a national consulting firm advising the legal profession. Working Mother Media, a division of Bonnier Corporation, publishes Working Mother, the only national magazine for career-committed mothers.
