David Mitchell Appointed Chief Executive Officer and Director of Spring Wireless

Spring Wireless (News - Alert) today announced the appointment of David Mitchell to its board of directors and as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Mitchell has held numerous senior executive level roles with cutting-edge technology firms, most recently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Global 360 until its merger with OpenText in 2011. Mr. Mitchell was previously the President and Chief Executive Officer for webMethods (News - Alert), leading that company to a dominant market position, a successful IPO in 2000, and the completion of a successful merger with Software AG in 2007.
