Cyberklix to Offer AppCritical from Apparent Networks

Cyberklix, a provider managed and monitoring services, announced that
it had inked a deal with Apparent Networks to become an authorized
Apparent Networks channel partner.

Apparent Networks is the developer of AppCritical, a software
application that provides a basis for assessing, measuring and
diagnosing converged networks to facilitate the optimal performance and
management of data, VoIP and video applications.

"The Apparent Networks AppCritical solution gives enterprises and
managed service providers like Cyberklix a new and more effective way
to gain insight into their networks and the applications that depend on
them," said John Menezes, President and CEO of Cyberklix. "AppCritical
enables IT teams to track in real time the performance and service
quality their networks are delivering not just their availability."

"This alliance strengthens Apparent Networks' presence and ability to
serve the Canadian market," said Jeff Melvin, Executive Vice President
of worldwide sales for Apparent Networks. "We chose Cyberklix as a
channel partner in Canada because of their commitment to providing
excellent service and their reputation for helping large Canadian
enterprises navigate the challenging job of network convergence."
