In this new role, Ken will be responsible for leading Cybera's product strategy in order to deliver best-in-class solutions. Ken brings over 27 years of payments processing and point-of-sale technology experience. Most recently, Ken served as Vice President, Product Management – Merchant Solutions for Comdata, where he led a product team and the merchant technical support center. His career also includes Vice President, Operations at Comdata, where he was responsible for sales support, fulfillment, implementation and a national equipment repair center. Prior to this role, Ken implemented fleet and merchant products at the company and held various other leadership positions. Ken began his career by implementing Trendar POS systems at travel centers and convenience stores in the late 80's and was soon pomoted to leading the implementation team at Trendar, which was acquired by Comdata in 1995.
