CT Summation Delivers CaseVault 5.1
SAN FRANCISCO --(Business Wire)-- CT Summation, a leader in litigation support and electronic discovery solutions, today announced CaseVault version 5.1, the newest upgrade of its flagship, web-accessible case management service. The new version has been enhanced to provide law firm and corporate legal users with additional workflow and usability functionality, including auto allocation for large document sets, document review activity reports, and an advanced search tool enhancing the ability to manage large and multi-party cases online.
CT Summation CaseVault provides an easy to use, common platform for collaboration between legal professionals, particularly when cooperating or adversarial parties want shared data hosted at a reputable, neutral site. The combination of the application's proven and powerful SQL database and intuitive user interface provides an ideal solution for online collaboration between multiple parties, anytime, anywhere.
"CaseVault continues to meet the immediate online collaboration and hosting needs of firms and corporate law departments," said Tom Rump, vice president of Litigation Solutions for Wolters Kluwer Corporate Legal Services. "The new version was developed with our clients in mind and includes significant speed and workflow enhancements, which will only add to CaseVault's effectiveness as a leading SaaS (Software as a Service) solution for legal professionals."
CaseVault version 5.1 includes the following new features:
-- Auto Allocation: Allows users to quickly allocate large numbers of documents into distinct folders so members of the review team can evaluate them. The performance of this feature has been significantly enhanced.
-- Bates Gap Report: Users can now quickly check a range of Bates numbers for any missing gaps by running a report that produces a summary of the amount of documents, pages, gaps etc. The Bates gap report is run as an asynchronous process in the background and can be viewed on screen or downloaded as needed.
-- Activity report: Enables users to quickly see, by date, collection, bates number, user, and edit type audit log information that has been captured in the process of viewing and editing documents.
-- Advanced search: Users can now easily build their searches, and save significant time in the process by utilizing six distinct search criteria to customize searches.
