CSI Recognized Promethean Installer of the Year
(Market Wire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) EASLEY, SC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/23/09 --
CSI Technology Outfitters (Computer Software
Innovations, Inc.) (OTCBB: CSWI) announced today that it was recognized for
continued effort in efficiencies and processes, the U.S. Installer of the
Year at the recent Promethean Partner conference. This award recognizes
the organization that has provided the best installation experiences to its
customers. Over the last year, CSI has utilized a blend of its own
installation teams along with third party resources to set a precedence for
customer service through the commitment of delivering products,
installation services, and client communication to a higher standard than
competitors as well as other Promethean resellers. To further improve the
process, CSI warehouses the Promethean products in order to stage the
delivery and assure that all products arrive at the customer site ready for
installation.
"Promethean has had a long-standing partnership with the CSI team and we
are pleased to be able to recognize them for their commitment to providing
a positive implementation experience as customers integrate our exciting
technologies into their classrooms," said Mark Elliott, President of North
America.
The Promethean board is a key component in CSI's Connected Classroom.
Other technologies in the Connected Classroom include projectors, audio
augmentation, document cameras, interactive student voting devices, and
teacher workstations. CSI has been a Promethean partner since 2004 and
has provided Promethean boards to more than 20,000 classrooms in the
Carolinas and Alabama.
"This recognition is the direct result of hard work in sales, delivery, and
management to strive for excellence, and constantly evaluate and make
changes for the better. With CSI deploying the connected classrooms whether
it be Promethean Boards or supporting product we will continue to evolve
the connected classroom to ensure the educational market will have
technology for today as well as tomorrow. In doing so, we have the
opportunity to impact the quality of education for generations to come. I
want to thank everyone for their hard work this year. We have come a long
way in a short amount of time and will continue to strive to exceed
expectations," says Chris Powell, Promethean Development Manager.
