Armed Robbery Doral Woods Court, 10:24 p.m. Aug. 14, victim advised he was robbed by two male subjects.

Abingdon Circle, 12:29 a.m. Aug. 15, victim reports he was approached by two subjects with guns who demanded property from victim that he did not have. Victim was made to lie on ground while offenders ran away.


Breaking and entering Carolina Road, 11:51 p.m. Aug. 12, black male wearing blue jeans and a blue shirt with a goatee kicked in front glass door to make entry into business where he took four alcoholic beverages and cigarettes.

Marlin Avenue, between 2:30 p.m. July 29 and 11:30 a.m. Aug. 2, victim's rental property was broken into and appliances were stolen.

Portsmouth Boulevard, 2:14 a.m. Aug. 14, attempt made to gain entry through front door of business by breaking glass.

Burnetts Way, between 10 p.m. Aug. 13 and 8:45 a.m. Aug. 14, victim states unknown subject entered his business by prying open front door, and while inside subject broke through wall into business next door.

Holy Neck Road, between 10 a.m. and 1:38 p.m. Aug. 14, victim returned to listed location and found listed property missing.

Hollywood Avenue, 2:40 p.m. Aug. 14, unknown offender kicked in front door of residence.

Nansemond Parkway, between midnight Aug. 8 and 5:58 p.m. Aug. 15, unknown offender took items out of victim's residence at listed location.

Oxford Street, between 4 p.m. Aug. 15 and 2:17 p.m. Aug. 16, victim found his vacant rental property had been broken into by unknown offender, with items stolen as well as property being damaged.

Labrador Lane, between 11:30 a.m. and 3:50 p.m. Aug. 16, officer dispatched to breaking-and-entering call.

Computer Trespass North Main Street, between 12:22 p.m. Aug. 10 and 12:22 p.m. Aug. 13, complainant was victim of computer trespassing.

Counterfeiting Pruden Boulevard, between 9 p.m. Aug. 12 and 7:38 a.m. Aug. 13, complainant states unknown female passed $200 worth of counterfeit $20 bills.

East Constance Road, between 2:50 and 4:18 p.m. Aug. 13, unknown suspect passed counterfeit $100 bill at listed location.

Credit Card/atm Fraud Corinth Chapel Road, 1:46 p.m. Aug. 12, victim reported credit card fraud to his account.

Belleharbour Circle, between midnight July 16 and midnight Aug. 6, victim reported unknown offender committed credit card fraud.

Cypress Court, between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. Aug. 13, victim advised unknown subject used her debit card information to withdraw $524.36 at various gas stations.

Turner Drive, 4 p.m. Aug. 14, victim found unknown offender had stolen her credit card number and was buying items in California.

Meadows Reach Circle, between 11:08 a.m. Jan. 22 and 11:08 a.m. Aug. 15, victim reported credit card fraud.

North Main Street, between 1:05 and 6 p.m. Aug. 12, complainant states credit card was used in Las Vegas after she bought gas from listed location.

East Washington Street, between midnight July 24 and noon July 25, victim stated she left her purse in vehicle and thought vehicle was locked. Victim advised that the next day she realized her credit card was missing from her purse and was used at a store in Suffolk for $52.79. Charge was without her permission.

Gates Road, between 5:09 p.m. Aug. 14 and 5 p.m. Aug. 16, victim reported debit card fraud in which unknown offender withdrew funds from victim's checking account at several locations out of state.

Burnetts Way, between 1:26 and 5:31 p.m. Aug. 16, victim reported his credit/debit card information was used at out-of-state gas station.

Destruction Of Property Vicksburg Road, between 12:12 and 7:54 a.m. Aug. 13, victim stated unknown offender drove into his yard and tore up grass. Victim provided officer with video surveillance of incident.

Pinner Street, 2:35 p.m. Aug. 13, victim stated listed juveniles broke glass window to his back door.

Maple Leaf Crescent, between 7:30 p.m. Aug. 15 and 1:07 a.m. Aug. 16, victim reports unknown suspect damaged metal strip between front and rear passenger windows of his vehicle.

Bravo Court, between 6 p.m. June 28 and 11:05 a.m. Aug. 16, victim stated his fence was damaged by neighbor.

Drugs Nansemond Parkway, 3:10 a.m. Aug. 12, offender found sitting in vehicle in front of his residence using/possessing listed narcotic.

Sleepy Hole Road, 3 p.m. Aug. 13, search warrant was conducted, and heroin was recovered.

Central Avenue, 3:55 p.m. Aug. 16. listed offender provided name other than his own to avoid arrest for active warrants. Offender had unused crack stem in his pocket at time of arrest.

Coxley Lane, 4 p.m. Aug. 16, offender found to be in possession of marijuana that was concealed in offender's right-front pocket.

Pitchkettle Road/U.S. 58, 11:54 p.m. Aug. 16, officers responded to call for suspicious vehicle. When officers arrived, there was no one around vehicle, but driver's door was open and therein was small bag of suspected marijuana.

Glen Haven Drive, 12:20 a.m. Aug. 17, offender stopped for failing to drive on right side of unmarked, two-lane road. Officer made contact with listed offender, the driver, and noticed odor of marijuana in vehicle. When officer asked how much marijuana he had in vehicle, listed offender advised he had a small amount and handed it to officer. Multiple smoking devices also recovered.

Embezzlement Hampton Roads Parkway, between 3 p.m. June 17 and 10:01 a.m. Aug. 15, police dispatched to store in reference to owner reporting listed employee embezzled money from her register during her shifts.

Fraud John Street, between 12:01 a.m. Feb. 3 and 11:59 p.m. March 14, victim reported fraudulent credit card charges were being withdrawn from her bank account.

Forgery Wilson Street, 7 p.m. Aug. 12, listed offender forged victim's name to vehicle title and sold vehicle.

Grand Larceny Kings Fork Road, between midnight July 12 and 7 a.m. Aug. 12, unknown offender went on listed victim's property and stole various amounts of steel pipe, vehicle radiators, iron and tractor parts.

Griggs Street, between 4 p.m. Aug. 11 and 3:48 p.m. Aug. 12, victim reported listed offender stole television valued at $200 from residence and attempted to sell it to a third party.

Amberly Circle, between 6:45 and 10:08 a.m. Aug. 13, grand larceny occurred at listed location.

Bridlepath Lane, 11 a.m. Aug. 14, grand larceny occurred at listed location.

Saint James Avenue, 8 a.m. Aug. 13, victim was away from residence and had other family members present who notified him of discovery that gaming system and case of music CDs were stolen.

North Main Street, between 8:10 p.m. Aug. 15 and 11:48 p.m. Aug. 16, victim advised his laptop computer was stolen.

Carolina Road, between 8 p.m. Aug. 14 and 3:48 p.m. Aug. 16, victim reported unknown offender entered his property from unknown location and approached shed that had two copper insulated wires used for welding cut, along with "C" type clamp and brass holder that were attached to two wires.

Pruden Boulevard, between 7 p.m. Aug. 15 and 6:56 p.m. Aug. 16, complainant reported church's sign had been stolen.

Hit and run Freeney Avenue, 3:20 a.m. Aug. 13, unknown suspect driving gray and black Ford pickup involved in hit and run with two parked vehicles. No injuries occurred.

Maple Street, 12:27 a.m. Aug. 15, victim's vehicle hit by car that left scene as it was parked in front of residence.

Portsmouth Boulevard, 7:25 a.m. Aug. 15, complainant states she was eastbound on U.S. 58 when unknown type of vehicle hit her vehicle and didn't stop.

Portsmouth Boulevard, 3:45 a.m. Aug. 16, unknown driver traveling east hit guard rail and fled.

North Main Street, 11:15 a.m. Aug. 16, victim reported hit-and- run accident.

Indian Trail, 9 a.m. Aug. 16, male operating dark-colored pickup truck ran off left side of road and hit mailbox post with three boxes and paper box on it. Driver left westbound on Indian Trail.

Kidnapping North Main Street, 11:50 p.m. Aug. 12, victim reports he was held at gunpoint by unknown suspect.

Larceny Of Bank Notes/checks Foxworth Court, between 3:23 p.m. July 10 and 3:23 p.m. July 28, victim reported check larceny. Checks cashed or deposited into unknown account at unknown location by unknown offender.

Larceny, Shoplifting College Drive, 5:38 p.m. Aug. 14, complainant advised a group of subjects entered store, possibly concealing an unknown number of jeans. However, she only witnessed one offender openly conceal a single pair of jeans. When she approached the group of suspects they ran toward and entered white Ford Explorer that went toward I-664.

College Drive, 5:40 p.m. Aug. 15, complainant stated listed five subjects shoplifted items from store.

Carolina Road, 11:43 p.m. Aug. 16, complainant reported unknown offender walked into store and grabbed four 24-ounce drinks and ran out of store.

ObstructION OF Justice Beamons Mill Trail, 6 a.m. Aug. 12, offender gave listed officer false identity to avoid capture. Offender tried to run from listed officer.

Obtain Utility Service Without Payment Baker Street, between 11:36 a.m. Aug. 8 and 11:36 a.m. Aug. 12, listed offender found to be committing listed offense at listed location.

Petty larceny Carolina Road, 5:10 a.m. Aug. 13, four young males took about 10 various cooked biscuits from store.

Godwin Boulevard, between 9 a.m. July 23 and 8:07 a.m. Au g. 13, unknown person(s) removed copper from listed address.

Sussex Court, between 10 p.m. Aug. 12 and 8 a.m. Aug. 13, complainant stated someone cut rope and took his U.S. flag.
