Core Mortgage Group, LLC Selects Guardian Mortgage Services (GMS) to Provide Outsource Fulfillment Services for Back Office Operations
DENVER --(Business Wire)-- While some lenders are closing their doors or downsizing divisions, Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Core Mortgage Group, LLC, has made a commitment to grow by selecting Guardian Mortgage Services (GMS) to provide closing and post-closing services to support its retail operations. Core Mortgage's "planned growth" approach has helped the company build a solid experienced and successful broker business since it started in 2004. It started funding loans as a licensed mortgage banker in January of this year. In fact, the broker/banker was one of only a handful of companies in Arizona to receive a line of credit during the second half of 2007.
