COPsync911 Implemented at Franklin County, VA SchoolsDALLAS, Aug. 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- COPsync, Inc. The system protects schools, government buildings, hospitals and other potentially at-risk facilities. Franklin County is located in southwest Virginia and is adjacent to Bedford County, the first county to adopt COPsync911 in Virginia.
